Our founder, Carey, has tasted hundreds of teas and has been involved in choosing all the teas we sell today. Her favorite is Memphis Meadow Lemon Cream, so we thought it fitting to create a mocktail using her favorite tea.
Carey's Memphis Meadow Spritzer is an iced mocktail featuring our Memphis Meadow rooibos, which is reminiscent of a lemon cupcake. For a bit of zing, we add candied ginger and dried lemons and top it off with a splash of Pellegrino lemon sparkling water.
